Dr Houssein El Hajj as President of ENYGO

We are delighted to highlight the appointment of Dr Houssein El Hajj as President of ENYGO (European Network of Young Gynaecological Oncologists).

ENYGO brings together more than 1,400 members from 40 countries across Europe and carries out its activities under the auspices of the European Society of Gynaecological Oncology (ESGO). ENYGO represents 40% of the ESGO memberships.

Dr Houssein El Hajj is a Gynecologic Oncologist at Gustave Roussy since September 2024. He also serves as Associate Editor of the International Journal of Gynecological Cancer (IJGC) and as Vice President of SFOG Campus. 

His academic background includes a Master’s degree in Bioethics / Medical Ethics from Université de Paris, and he is currently pursuing a PhD in Philosophy at Lyon 1 University.

Through his clinical and academic commitments, Dr Houssein El Hajj is actively contributing to the advancement of Gynecologic Oncology at both national and international levels.
